Elaine - Executive Photographer

Elaine began photographing with 2 Rings & A Dress Photographers in 2008, but her passion for photography began long before joining our team:

After receiving her first "good" camera, Elaine studied the surreal and surprise of Man Ray and wit and humanity of Diane Arbus. These are the book-mentors she often emulates in her work.

A professional photographer since the 1980s, Elaine has attended college photography workshops to combine modern innovative techniques with her innate and eloquent intuition. She received an education in film Photography at Golden West College. Throughout her evolution from film to digital, she continued her education at the The School of Photography, widely considered one of the finest photographic programs in the United States. Elaine receives guidance and inspiration from many respected peers in the industry, including Joe Busink, Jim Garner, Tracey Hanson and Tri Coastal. She considers education in the field to be a life long commitment and peruses her formal education with The School of Photography.
